All Assisted Living Home, Adult Foster Care Homes & Adult BH Therapeutic Homes do you need more resources? Are you spending too much money marketing with little to no results? Are you familiar with all the services available to you at no cost or at a better cost? Do you need help with your Policies & Procedures or Resident Agreements? Do you want to meet Placement Agencies? Hospices? Home Health Agencies? Do you need help Insuring your business? Do you need a Mobile Doctor? Do you need help registering for ALTCS? Does your Resident need help with VA? Are you familiar with AZDHS Rules & Regulations? Are you familiar with the NCIA BOARDs Regulations? What’s Ombusmand? What are the current Labor Laws? This event will equip you with resources to last for months or even years.
The providers will sit at your table and exchange information and then move on to the next Facility. Each Facility can have 2 representative at a time.
Each Residential facility will receive 200 business cards with their registration to hand out to providers the day of the event.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND: Facilities that registered and cannot attend will still have their name and business cards available for Providers on their table.

Providers/Community
Do you provide a service/product to Assisted Living Homes, the Owners, the Caregivers or the Residents residing in Adult Foster Care, Assisted Living Homes or Adult BH Therapeutic Homes in Arizona.
We are looking for Arizona's Top providers to tell our AFC, ALH and BH Home owners about your products you sell or the services you provide. This event will give you the opportunity to talk, exchange information and get updated contact information to every registered Assisted Living Homes & Adult Foster Care Homes in Arizona.
All Providers will be allowed up to 4 staff members representing your company.
Providers are asked to stay until 3pm, if you leave you will not be invited back (thank you for your understanding)
